- How do I search for a Product?
- There are a number of different ways you can search for your required product. The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then narrow down your choices by refining your search using the sections on the right (ie colour or size). Alternatively if you know exactly what you want you can type in the product or brand into our search facility (top right of the website) and we will then find you all the products related to your specific search. Once you have found what you want, just specify your size and colour choices and click 'add to basket'. You will then be taken to your basket ready to check out, if however, you haven't finished searching through our great range simply click the 'continue shopping' button and when you have finished shopping simply go to checkout and follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details - easy!
- How do I sign up for the Equestrian Outfitters Newsletter?
- The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to set up an account. You don’t have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this’ll also give you a head start. Alternatively, you can click here to go back to the Homepage of our website and sign up to the newsletter straight away without setting up an account.
- I have seen a product but in no longer seems to be in stock?
- We understand how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item but on going to buy it find it out of stock and we do try to avoid this situation, but some of our most popular products sell out extremely quickly. Therefore if you do find a product out of stock you can click on the 'Out of Stock?' link to send us an email with the details of the product/s you are looking for (remember to let us know the specifics size and colour etc) and we will come back to you (we aim to reply to all enquiries within 24hrs) to let you know when we are next due a delivery.
- Has my order been sent out yet?
- As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. The email will include a tracking number (if applicable). The easiest way to track your order is to log into your Equestrian Outfitters account where you can see your order information and track it using the links provided.
- How do I return an item?
- If you want to return an item please email us at support@equestrianoutfitterrs.co.uk (our usual response time is 24hrs) to let us know and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which will help us deal with your return as quickly as possible. - Do you have a shop?
- Equestrian Outfitters is an internet only retailer and wants to stay that way! Our huge range of equestrian and country life products means that we are sure we can provide you with whatever your looking for, saving you a trip to the shops, the queues and the sore feet, and deliver straight to the comfort of your home.
- What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
- If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then either log into your account and visit the 'helpdesk' or send us an email putting 'Order Not Right' as the title and giving us as much information as possible to help us resolve then situation as quickly as possible.
