Delivery Charges

Here at Equestrian Outfitters we aim to provide a totally transparent postage cost system.  

Individual Items – Weight Dependant Cost (WDC)

This method means that if you only want a single item then you only pay for the postage on a single item.  Our postage costs are worked out depending on the weight of your order and so you only pay for what you buy! 

Currently our dispatch time is 2 to 4 working days. We then offer a variety of postal options for you from next day delivery to our economy service so you can choose a method that best suits you.  We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

If you need your jodhpurs in a hurry or rugs in a rush please do contact us and we will let you know the quickest option! 

Large Orders

If the weight of your order goes over 2kgs we won’t keep on charging you extra but just charge you a flat fee of £5.95 – so there really is no reason to stop shopping!  

Insurance

All our parcels are insured by ourselves and are fully trackable so in the unlikely event they do get lost, we will be able to replace or refund your order.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery services too.  If for any reason we do not have your country band listed please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a tailored quote so you can get the fairest postage costs for your order.

Pick Up & Delivery Service (LOCAL AREA - WEST YORKSHIRE)

We are based in Leeds and are happy for local customers to arrange pick up times if easier.

We also provide a delivery service for several stables and yards in the area. Please contact us for more details.
